If you have found this post, very good for you. Not everyone takes the time to come to these less populated area's of this board, including myself.
EXCEPT,
This time of year, when fantasy baseball is starting to get going. As always, I will be running 3 league on Yahoo, made up of only folks that I have posted with, across 3-4 different message boards. And, while I always seem to have a consistant 5-6 returing out of 10, it always leaves me with spots to fill.
That is where you can come in.
If anyone has any interest in a free Yahoo league, done Roto style, with a yearly snake draft, let me know of your interest here.
I will be filling the empty spots starting in a week or so, and will do so on a first come, first get basis from responses here.
Think you can hang with some of the better baseball minds that also like to populate message boards with their knowledge? Give it a shot, and let me know.

And you will have first dibs then, of course. When I get around to giving up on the folks from last year who have not yet re-upped, I will give you the choice of league/draft day and time, to see what fits you best.
And, THANK YOU. I fill 3 leagues every year, and, every year it is a struggle to fill the last spot or two.

I hear ya I'm usually lucky to get 6-8 people. And then plenty of crying about "thanks for he invite"after the draft even though I pimped it out for months lol but most want to play for money these days.

I'm just an old dog, who slowly or never adopts new tricks. And, I guess I should be more thankful to those then who keep coming back year after year. I just know that I get enough fun and joy out of it to do it for free, even if it means changing 3 entire teams rosters each and every game day during the season.

I'm in one of your leagues, coach. If you need help filling any of them up, send me an invite! I will likely do just that Towner, and thank you for being willing to take on another league. I will give all the current stragglers a final e-mail invite back this weekend, and will be getting ready to cut any dead weight loose, which would open spots for folks here.

Looks like there will definitely be spot for you and Zig. It will come down to draft day & time preference as to whether you guys would be in the same league, if it matters. Looks like 2 teams have 6 of 10 now, with the 3rd 7 of 10, so call to join will be coming, likely next weekend.

Like steals, catchers are now more scarce, meaning ether you get Posey pretty early, Schwarber before round 10, or, you might as well wait and pick up what is left at the end of the draft. The same pretty much for closers, but, that is nothing new really.

I have waited on catcher...i'd rather just punt those stats. I don't think it kills to do so.

To trade or not to trade Aaron Judge for Swihart in my dynasty league.... That is a tough one. And, while young and talented are always at a premium, fantasy wise, the position is very, very thin fantasy wise. As such, and as Judge could very well turn into a home run machine, I would stick with him.
If he were left handed, this would not even be a thought, as Judge would be the no brainer pick then.

Hoping that BF1 has cut bait on him by this time.
Josh Hamilton (knee) will begin the season on the disabled list.
Hamilton received stem cell and platelet-rich plasma injections in his troublesome left knee and will be on crutches for 7-10 days. He’s being put on an eight-week rehab program, so the Rangers aren’t expecting him to make his season debut until early May. There’s always the chance of a setback, so the club will likely look outside the organization for another outfielder in the coming days.

I would be torn by that move. If you team is such that you will count on him to produce this year, I would dump him. He still strikes out too much to be really productive. If he is more in your long term plans though, I think at only 25 now, he has time to turn things around still.

Santana is a classic innings eater guy, with an over 4.00 / above average e.r.a & whip numbers.
As long as you are not expecting more than that from these 2, then you should be o.k.

young was last on my list problem is, with taking hamilton and bradley off my keeper list, i have to look elsewhere. the other option was matt moore for $8, but i dont think i can trust him yet. might have to keep valencia for $6 instead.

Not an all bad idea. But, again, it's not like these cheaper than choice are bad choices. I just feel that you should temper any expectations of them accordingly.

Now that I have the final answer back from one last person, I will be opening up my fantasy leagues tomorrow. I will post the number of slots per team, and their live draft day & times, for folks to pick and choose which would work best for them.
Towner & Zig will be in. Anyone else?
