Play 7X7 Roto with me and Big D in my SABR 2016 league. Need two teams to fill out the ten team league that is in its second year. Standard Roto plus OBP and OPS for offense. Holds and On-Base-Percentage Allowed (OBPA). Draft Apr 3 (Sunday)...opening day @ 11:30AM. Please pm if interested! just a suggestion here but you might want to start a thread for this... |

Yeah, I'm learning this league. I took over a team with 3 games left last season due to the owner not participating. I'm still trying to learn the rules etc Cool. You got a great roster. If I knew a half dozen guys like you, I would not be begging for two members to fill my commissioner leagues every year. In fact, If there were not so many returning members that play in my free leagues every year (including folks in the U.S. Army that only have access to CBS- the worst fantasy site and one that I'd have dropped years ago if not for the Army dudes)- I'd just sign up exclusively in other folks leagues and forego the headaches. |

I took Victor in one draft as my last choice, like any player that is on my hometown team I took them late, if at all.But I would have rather taken a flyer on someone that could "shake up the world" like Trevor Story. Dickerson will not fare well in TB. Soler was a big disappointment last year and the Cubs have better options in the OF there now than they had last year. |

But, it is usually with a pitching spot, and, due to having more innings left for me to use, and because I want to use them all up. In your case, as we are dealing with your last 3 picks, the process for you should be that much less painful.
I hope it ends up working out well for you.

If this is the case, then, YOU MUST WIN THIS LEAGUE. It is the only way to pull any fun out of situations like this. It ends up being a challenge, as, even if you are out in front by a mile after the first month, you have to make yourself pay attention, and to keep making roster moves so your team is as good as it can be.
For your sake, I hope it ends up being a good and competitive league. Which you still win, of course.

With those three spots to play around with, and 2 being OFs, if this kid is doing well, as he should be, he might get a call up with the Reds by mid-season(especially if Bruce is traded)...Jessie Winker

I would think Chris Young would be the way to go. He is solid, but not spectacular, which is fine for an end of the line starter. |
