As the Winter Meetings continue things are starting to heat up. Marino Pepen reported that the Red Sox and Reds are discussing a trade that involves Red Sox RF Yoenis Cespedes. Boston is still awaiting Lester's decision but they still need 1 more pitcher. 2 pitchers that Boston could pursue are Mat Latos, and Johnny Cueto. Latos would be a good middle rotation guy in Boston's rotation while Cueto would make a great 2nd starter or even an ace if Lester does not resign. Sox do need to swing some trades tho, too many bodies that play the same position. Problem is other teams know the Sox have too many OFs |
