Carolina trades 2017 #8 & #40 and 2018 3rd round pick for the Niners 2017#2 and a 2018 7th
Carolina's defense is built from the D-line out with Short getting paid Lotuletei is probably not, factor in the Ealy trade and Gettleman's philosophy about team building. The Niners get a couple extra value picks that are much needed.
3 Chicago Bears Marshon Lattimore CB, Ohio State
I've had a S here previously but after looking at the 5th year option payout for a S plus the fact this is uncharted territory to draft one I've done an about face and gone with Hooker's teammate Lattimore.Another DB and although the offensive line is getting better a G/T are other priorities
4 Jacksonville Leonard Fournette RB, LSU
Jags will use Fournette similar to the way the Vikes used AP.hopefully with similar outcomes. Jags will load up with linemen for both sides of the ball. If Engram or Njoku fall into the 2nd round don't be surprised to hear them called when the Jags are on the clock
5 Tennessee Jonathan Allen DT/DE, Alabama
Too early for a WR or reaching for a CB the Titans go the safe route and take the high floor Allen. A sideline to sideline ILB who can cover TE's would be a great get in this draft and just about every team needs one more. Expect a WR or CB with their next pick and the other day 2
6 NY Jets Jamal Adams -S, LSU
No change here in 4.0. With the Jets probably not picking up Calvin Pryor's 5th year option the Jets get their replacement in this in the box S who can cover most TE's.There is a distinct possibility that the Jets take the pick of the litter at QB here but I believe they are all in for the 2018 QB draft extravaganza

Previously had this one chiseled in stone but after the failed drug test like with most teams I'd pass on him but the Bengals take more character concern players than most NFL teams. Best LB in the Saban era takes Malaluga's replacement a three down linebacker equally adept at pass coverage and run defense. With Whitworth and Zeitler gone in FA O-line has to be addressed an edge rusher would be another. A top notch Bail Bondsman should be on their wish list and their speed dial
10 Buffalo Corey Davis WR, Western Michigan
Buffalo after losing their #2 and # 3WR a day one starter. Cleveland jumping the line might have been a blessing in disguise as it was starting to look like the Bills had zeroed in on Trubisky. Now If Tayloris successful the Bills will be picking later than this and won't be in the mix for a new QB in 2018 if the Bills and Taylor shit the bed they will be taking their 2018 starter early in nest season's QB-centric draft. Another team transitioning to a 4-3 from a 3-4 so scheme fit defensive players will be picked throughout
11 New Orleans Gareon Conley - CB, Ohio State
The Saints pick the third secondary man from Ohio State already and this one maybe the best pro ready of the three A press style corner A major need in a division with Julio, Evans and Benjamin Other position that will need players is edge,WR and more safety help, a developmental QB are other ways the Saints could pick over the three days
12 San Francisco Mike Williams WR, Clemson
Niners get a WR 1 that should solve one of their larger problems on a roster that is mostly less than replacement value .besides their D-line. I don't expect them to take a QB days 1 or 2 a late developmental one is possible
13 Arizona Hasson Reddick ILB, Temple
Cards window rapidly closing and I can see them possibly taking Mahomes here or possibly moving up to the early 20's with a package of picks for him. A CB is also a need that they have to consider here

A 3 down back that can carry the load. DB's Conley or White or edge McKinley will also be possibilities here. CB will definitely be a day 2 pick if they don't take one here.

The first pick of the Ballard era is taken on Mathis replacement. Needs work on his run defense but is a potential double digit sack artist early in his career

Great scheme fit he can mirror TE's and RB in coverage and can pin his ears back and get the QB. Lamp or one of the many CB's still on the board are other possibilities

McCaffery would be an interesting get here as would a DB. But the war room decides on a tackling machine in the middle. Great run defender

Ross' speed stretches the field and helps the ground game cause of it.
Mariota gets the gamebreaker to take this offense to another level. Lamp
and Ross' classmate Baker will also get consideration here as safety is a primary need and will be addressed I'm sure before day 2 is over.

Budda Baker or Obi Melifonwu, are other safeties that could go here. DT and RB are other needs to be dealt with early. Cook if he slid would probably mot pass here

Highest floor of all the TE prospects and not just a receiver can block well for the position. Paxton Lynch's new best friend. McCaffery would be in play here too as would the top O-lineman

Pass rusher who's an excellent finisher. Harris fits a big need on the defensive side of the ball. Zach Cunningham is another possibility here as LB is fairly barren at Allen Park. A field stretching WR should be on the agenda sometime during the draft as well

Some think that Lamp can excel at RT but guard will probably be his position early as Tunsil will kick outside to tackle this season. LB andCB should also be a priority.

Giants brass admit their Flowers mistake with the addition of Ramczyk who may start at guard before being kicked out to the LT island. MLB and a succession plan for QB are other area of interest

Tom Savage takes the controls in 2017. I don't see a late signing of
