That makes one person that calls Pedro Martinez the greatest baseball player in 60 years Perhaps Bonds has an argument... Lets simplify... Best pitcher in 60 years, easily... Ive never heard that stated Honestly, never

That makes one person in 100 years of baseball think Don Zimmer is an "Idiot" Thats one dirt, we loved zimm here too but he was a moron that day what 105 year old man charges out of a dugout and tries to take down a guy 1/3 his age? pedro did him a favor by "olaying" him like that Word... A lesser man would have tornado kicked him in the ear....

They were tired of him buttfucking the Yankees at every turn...

We know... Pettitte was better, right? No, I just never heard someone call Pedro Martinez the best pitcher in the last 60 years He didn't have the longevity of Randy Johnson or Roger Clemens... But Pedro in his prime was simply the best... And he put up those numbers sharing a division with the Yankees at the height of their powers and with baseball at the apex of the steroid era...

Pedro in the postseason... 3.46 ERA in 96 innings 4.72 in the LCS Greg Maddux > Pedro taking the Lester argument... Pedro sucks.

He had a 3.27 ERA in the postseason in 198 innings There's no doubt that Maddux was better than Pedro in every measurable.

Pedro was Great Randy Johnson and Roger Clemens in their primes were also insane, and they did it longer They were bigger stronger men who were more durable and compiled their way to greater aggregate totals... Pedro's career averages piss on theirs... He has lower era, much better era+, better whip, more Ks per 9 than Clemens, but less than RJ,... And Pedro's peak years decimate Clemens or Rjs peak years...

We want to talk post season choke artists, the line starts with Mariano Rivera... Jebron is nodding and smiling right now....

Who cares that he single handed my cost them a Title in 01 and 04... You should have sen how unhittable he was in the 1999 ALDS! The man got a standing ovation at Fenway Park for the role he played in the Red Sox breaking the curse...
