I read where the first penalty on Las Vegas was for hooking. You can't make this stuff up. And it was in the stands. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Unless your wife sees it on the NHL Network or TSN in Canada of course. |

Okay, I'm a Pens fan and you know how us Pens fans love to complain, but the Pens play the Bolts tonight after playing the Caps last night. Not only that Tampa's last game was on Monday. If you look at the Pens schedule they have 9 back to back games in the first 10 weeks. It would be hard enough if we still had Fluery, but with Neimi this is going to be brutal.

Not sure there is any rhyme or reason to how they call it, but it looked like a shot primarily to the head and that seems to be a 5 minute major in most cases. |
