celtics are 2-0 in golden state over the last 2 years. rest of the nba is 4-65. if they dont beat denver its worthless tho. GSW shot 6-30 from three ... cant count on that too often. That's because they don't play the Celtics too often. One of the strongest aspects of the Celtics game is their perimeter defense. They made Golden State work for every shot they got last night. |

What a great win for the Celtics... I was in bed by 9:30 but I recorded it and watched it this morning. Great game. One of their best wins of the season. They absolutely broke Golden State in the fourth quarter. Snoogs is right you see the shit with curry and brown? curry yapping at brown about his trash talking. curry...had the wrong guy. brown had no clue what he was being yapped at for. pretty funny. and yes, snoog is right. now if they beat denver... |

And, let's face it, Horford makes that team different. Probably the best passer on the team. And they have to respect his shot, even though he hasn't really shot well consistently since January. The defense was unbelievable, the attitude was back, and the offense played very smart. Nice to win a game against good competition without IT having to drop 40. |

Marcus stops guys way bigger than him for a few possessions sometimes also. I'm not saying Klay is the same level of defender, but he's smart, athletic, and good enough to disrupt for a few trips. If we played them in a series, Al would get his points in that matchup. |

congrats to Dirk, that was great to see. I thought LeBron had come close to 30,000 or is almost there already? but a great milestone for a great career. too bad the Bucks traded Dirk for Tractor Trailer...what a joke. Lebron should get there next year. Durant will probably get there too. After that... it could be awhile before anyone else gets close. |

That is in no way meant to be a knock-on dirk either. He was a fantastic player. But outside of the one-year his team never really contended for championships. There is just so much Elite Talent throughout the history of the league that numbers just aren't enough. You have to have the hardware on your fingers.

You have to have the hardware on your fingers. for about 10-12 years he was one of the best players on the planet. 01-12 he did this: 24.1 ppg 8.7 boards 2.7 assists 1 block 1 steal 38% from 3 im not saying hes top 5, but i think he is the 10th best...and definitely the best european player ever. |
