As funny as this may sound, the Pens went flat after Bishop left the game. Before that they were getting all kinds of pressure, but after the delay, they stopped skating.
Why wasn't Callahan given a game misconduct for almost driving Letang's head through the boards? I'm hoping the dwarf gives him a game, but I'm not holding my breath.
Oh well, one done three to go. At least the Baby Pens beat the Bears tonight to force game 7.

It is also the reason that Stamkos isn't resigned yet |

So Callahan drills Letang into the boards, gets 5 and the league says that's good enough. Forearm to the back of Letangs neck and the POS coach is arguing the call.
They didn't even look at the hit on Dumolin
That one was only worth 2.

So the Pens manage to win it quick again in OT. Sid Crosby, of all people scored the game winner. It was his first career game winner in OT. It was also the first time in I don't know how long that he got the puck in the offensive zone without having someone hanging all over him.
Pens will lose the next two in Tampa, win when the come back to Pittsburgh and then lose again in Tampa. You heard in first here.

I'm surprised the Pens went down to Tampa and won. That's why I never bet for or against a Pittsburgh team. They can beat the best and lose to the worst. |
