I was able to go to the NFC Championship game between Dallas and Green Bay in January 1996. One of the best football experiences I've ever had (the other was getting to go to a DAL/WASH game in old RFK in October 1995).
Good times. Always better when the game meets the expectations of a playoff atmosphere.

Always better when the game meets the expectations of a playoff atmosphere. I saw some comments about how quiet the fans were. No idea where that comes from, the place was rocking from start to finish. Maybe it didnt translate on TV but the players said watching the game film the next day was hard because of how much the cameras were shaking lol I do need to find a way to watch again. Drinking heavily (for me anyway, I rarely drink) and being there I feel like I missed a lot of stuff. |
