The Phins had a pretty good season despite starting 1-4 with their only win a fluke victory over the moribund Browns. After that they went on a 9-2 finish and became the first AFC East team to clinch a playoff spot besides the New England Patriots since the New York Jets qualified in 2010.
Best move
signing Adam Gase as their head coach. The QB whisperer got Tannehill back on track and found a bellcow RB already on the roster in Jay Ajaye
Worst move
signing Mario Williams, he is just a shell of his old self. Although they can release him with just a $2M cap hit this off season
Don't be surprised if
the Phins get players schooled in the new defensive scheme brought in by their new DC whom has yet to be named.
Teams off-season needs
If the Phins let Alberts go in FA Tunsil will kick out to LT and they will need a G, even if they keep Williams they have to get some DE's as neither Wake or Mario are on the right side of 30, a pass catching TE which there are an abundance of in this years draft
