Bizarre.
Last month i got pulled over by a cop for exceeding the "posted value recommended for old people with blue hair who can't see over the wheel but legally enforceable for everyone else."
As I pulled over to the shoulder, a piece of road debris kicked up and hit the cop car behind me. He came up to my window and told me he may have to file a "two-vehicle accident report" if there was damage to his patrol car.

OK. so, if the guy who is being charged with "wounding" the bystanders because he dodged a couple of bullets is white, and the bystanders who got wounded are black, can the wounded bystanders file a " hate crime" law suit against him?
I suppose he should also be charged with not having a permit to carry .
Just sayin'
