Yes....and I am SHOCKED that he actually PUNCHED her......i didnt know that before seeing the video..... And as a result of the video more severe punishment had to be handed down. Rice deserves all of this crap he is getting. Bullshit. This isn't Iraq, it's the united States. You aren't tried twice and punished twice for the same crime. Goodell made his decision and passed down his judgment. It's on him if he didn't have all the facts before passing judgment. The commissioner fucked up and he is throwing Rice under the bus to keep his office from getting a black eye, and the irony here is that it isn't working.
The NFL spends millions of dollatrs every year on security. Goodell saw the tape before TMZ published it and before he determined Rice's suspension, and to believe otherwise would just make you look naïve.

Uh, yeah... When evidence surfaces that they had already seen the video? And gave him two games? And only banned him after the public saw the video? To cover his ass? He is fucked.... from what i gather, the NFL is saying they never had this tape, that they never asked for it. the hotel made a copy, no one asked them for it. cops had it, goodell didnt ask to see it. this is what theyre claiming even peter king is backtracking his claim of "the nfl had seen this second tape"...now hes conveniently saying a source TOLD him they saw the tape. |

It's already been posted in length. And while she is wrong to have stayed with that women beating piece of shit, she absolutely right in saying Ray Rice got screwed. He did. What he got is not American justice. It's total bullshit. screwed.. MY ASS! Double Jeopardy is not allowed in the American Judicial System. Just because the guy is an asshole does not make it right to change the judicial system in order to punish him just because you fucked up when you originally sentenced him.

That is not the way the American Judicial system works. and the NFL gives two shits about the Judicial system because why? Because they determine what is a punishable offense by what the laws of our land are. If they are going to punish players for breaking laws then they should equally judge players as our judicial system would judge them. |
