Since we are a new Forum and trying to get this thing off the ground, anybody that actively uses a certain a Forum, tries to get it going, recruit others to join etc, may be given(limited) Mod duties for that Forum...The staff positions that become available as needed will have to be earned by actually doing these things and not just given on the promise that you will do it. You can work your way up to earn more "power" or if you don't work out for whatever reason you could lose your Mod status. Some of you know from my other site I'm not afraid to make changes to the "Staff". The whole idea of the "Staff" is to help us grow and keep the site active and "clean". For the most part if myself or Mr.Pickles gives you Mod duties we will stand by you and your decisions but if you cause more problems than you solve you will be "demoted".

Don't bug us about becoming a Mod. Show us you can do it and chances are we will give you a shot...Until we get this thing going Myself and Mr. Pickles can handle the moderation.
