well the only semi surprising thing is it seems like it's going to be 8-1 if not 9-0 to keep him on the ballot instead of 6-3

He hasn't been convicted of squat, much less insurrection. I honestly don't believe that they believed it had a snowball's chance in hell, I think they were just trying to force it to SCOTUS. The real test is gonna be if SCOTUS gets involved in the immunity thing. Everything I'm reading is saying the lower court decision pretty much touched all of the bases and they are going to be surprised if SCOTUS jumps in on this one. Personally, if they do get in it will be because it's the Fatman(debts are owed). But I believe as crooked as they are, they won't go that far. |

I am so fucking fed up with all the fucking corruption I'm going to take a break from it all! How I miss that day or 2 after Biden won when I thought the fight was over. There was a story last week about how "the resistance" is exhausted. There was a lot of denial from said resistance but not from me. It is exhausting and now we get yet another gutpunch. Add in we ALREADY decided at the polls we didnt want him and he didn't take that very well. Also for me,,,I live in Mass. We have had plenty of R Governors but you have to go back to Reagan for the last time an R Prez candidate won my state and our Congress members have been overwhelmingly Ds. So while I feel lucky to live in one of the saner states I also feel kind of helpless because my vote really does not matter much thanks to to the EC. All I can do is try to inform people of what's going on with 1 of our 2 political parties but it's so fucking bad people seem to have a hard time believing it. I have people I've know for years basically saying I'm crazy/overreacting/ stupid etc... What scares me most is there is NOTHING a whole lot of very powerful people (Vlad, gop congress,SC etc.)won't do to get the turd back in power. We have already seen what they did and tried to do to keep him in. It starts with postponing his most damning cases until after election so if he wins he just kills them all. Level playing I wouldn't worry about him winning but again he has a whole lot of people who will do ANYTHING helping him. They learned a lot from the first attempt and have taken steps to make it easier next time. Hard to believe I am still having to worry about this fucking guy |
