Without Question...Have you seen the season Alexie Ramirez is having? Jed Lowrie has been out half the season and has outproduced Xander.... Andrus and Dozier by a mile......Pickles couldnt be more wrong, Xander doesnt rank in the Top 10 of most deserving in the AL Well, now you are both exaggerating. Bogaerts is in the top ten, he just isn't high enough to warrant all star consideration. id really need a list of all the AL SS's, Im going off the top of my head........Honestly, Derek Jeter is having the same exact season, and even more so when you consider Boegarts is brutal defensively, and I cant imagine (even though he will be) calling Jeter an All Star this season

Lol, let's just say things. Best defensive LF in the game.....288 3 HR and 22 RBI from the leadoff spot Not too shabby Remeber when pete said gardner was better than melky??

Actually snoogins is probably closer to correct than not ... aside from Alexei Ramirez who is more deserving AL SS is really weak Shortstop is a very weak field in the AL this year. But Aybar, Escobar, Andrus and Dozier would all be selected to the ASG before Bogaerts. And you know Jeter would too, even if he would be less deserving. Jose Reyes

I expected a huge Melky season, dont know why.......Nothing to bash Gardner about though, he has been rock solid offensively, and has saved at least 3 or 4 wins with his glove, including taking back the game winner from Yadi yesterda

Since everyone expects the Blue Jays to fade, I have a serious question for the rest of you AL East phegs: who in the AL Least has a better chance of winning the division?

Dont say everone......My first post today was "heatwave may finally be right" I think the Jays could be here to stay..... Im optimistic the Yankees could stick around if Pineda returns and all reports are very good......Beltran could avoid surgery, and their Bullpen is just spectacular, which is a huge ingredient for any winning team The O's just seem to know how to stick around these races, so I dont count them out The Rays, like I mentioned earlier, I think they have legitimate problems.....Their lineup is just really bad, their BP isnt as good as years past, but I think their rotation is better than this.... The Sox are awful, dont even know whats good about that team besides Big Papi, Lester and Lackey

the ironic part is if the All Star Game work tomorrow Xander Bogarts would probably be in it. all star game is a popularity contest. anyone, ESPECIALLY a red sox fan, using all star games as a benchmark for anything, has failed massively.

okay... two months makes up for a career of mediocrity with one steroid fueled hot streak?
got it.
So.. in that case, are we ready to say that Solarte is top 2 third basement in MLB?!

Yankees, if Pineda can give them innings
and never ever count out the Rays this early.
Once the Sox find a replacement for Clay and Dusty, they can turn it around too.

No he isnt.. take a pole of how many people would take gardner over melky who btw is no slouch on defense as well. Yes gardner is better in the field but all around not close. Sorry

I think it's cute how when the yankees employ the shift, Solarte is the one who moves to the right of second base, and Jeter just stands in his normal position.
