Now I know where I "know" you from, you run NGS...I signed up there long ago(Babyfan invited me) but dont think I ever posted. so how does this pick ems work as far as between sites? is it based on avg correct picks or ,,,what? lol |

Now I know where I "know" you from, you run NGS...I signed up there long ago(Babyfan invited me) but dont think I ever posted. so how does this pick ems work as far as between sites? is it based on avg correct picks or ,,,what? lol Babyfan is now on my site and left NGS. NGS is clueless how to run such a contest without her. It's based on total number of correct picks / round. In addition, we at L4SN have modest prizes. PM me if you're interested in setting something up between sites. |

Yes I'm Admin over on NGS and been there for 7 years now. I see where you joined but like you said, you never posted. You'll have to stop by sometime and check us out again.
How the game works is we have equal amount of players from each site and we total each players score each week to create a team score. The team with the most points at the end of the season is the winner.

not tryna be a dick but I didnt stick around because I found it hard to navigate and saw very little sports talk over there...a soccer forum was the only sports forum I saw...and of course now I'm kinda busy with this place lol but yeah hopefully we can get enough guys to join your contest...it's hard to get these dicks to do anything tho lol |

We're more of a Community than a full on Sports Forum/Message Board. We have our little groups of posters that pretty much stay in their own areas and talk about everything. We have one group that does a Rock n Roll Radio Show and members can call up and be on the radio. In fact we did a Mopsele Show a couple years ago before she passed away and a bunch of CBS posters called in and requested songs and paid tribute to her. The Folks on AFR are a bit tough like Geneh says but there are other parts of the board that aren't as rough. We have a NASCAR Board that has a bunch of our own NASCAR Games. We have our own Pickems Game that Blitzburgh is going to host instead of BabyFan this coming season. Navigation is just like here but we have a Front Page along with a Home Page. Out Front Page is designed more for show than anything. The Home Page is just like your Home Page and lists out all the different boards we have just like yours.
Back to Pickems, if you guys want to join up, I'll be posting more details in a few more weeks. We have 4-5 teams 10-12 people per team (Yahoo only allows 50 per league).
Zig how long have you had this board and have you hosted any boards before? Why did you start your own board?

This board is only a couple of months "old" but I had one before this that I started after CBS went down last April...It was supposed to be just a temp meeting place until we found a new board but turned out no board would take us as a group so here we are...I never planned or wanted to be doing this, it just kinda happened lol |
