Well with the Red Sox seemingly out of it this year for the trade deadline who stays and who goes? Or does everyone stay and the sox make a run at it?

just think it's too soon to say either way but I'm not ready to throw in the towel. The Jays are already starting to come back to earth and it's not like the Sox dont have the resourses to get better

Too bad the offense couldn't get him the "W" but it stepped up in the Bottom of the 10th but man this is getting depressing watching this line-up.. The only saving grace has been Holt. I only think they ONLY person who MIGHT go is Lackey... But with today's performance it makes his chances of being gone a little bit higher imo since teams in contention will try to get him and his very low salary for next year. Which I highly doubt will be that |

I would shop Gomes just to see what you can get for him. I wouldn't anybody else unless you get an offer you can't refuse - like Tulowitzki for Pedroia or something like that that isn't going to happen.
We'll gladly GIVE you BJ Upton. He can pinch run!
