Jeff Fisher His big reason for being kept in 2016. He had gone thru the moving NFL team situation. Okay they moved and he's gone
Gus Bradley The Jags were the (with the Raiders) the team most expected to make the leap to respectability Gus Bradley's record as HC 14-48, Hoodies during the same period 48-14
Rex Ryan In the wild west this HC would have been selling home remedies out of a suitcase. Great press conferences lousy teams Mike McCoy Chargers Yes this team has looked like a MASH unit the last 2 seasons but you lost to the Browns the fucking 0-14 Browns There'll be a new coach in a new town come 2017 90/10 Todd Bowles Jets From 10-6 to 4-11 with basically the same team A team with no NFL calibre QB a D-line that has regressed and an offense without an identity unless you call turnovers an identity This is another weak roster with no QB and no depth 80/20 Chuck Pagano You have the QB of the future and present that 27 of the 32 GM's would die for and the other 5 would be happy and you miss the playoffs for the 2nd year in a row Another shallow roster and weak on both lines Cheer up Chuck I'm betting Grigson joins you 75/25 Marvin Lewis Okay this might not happen cause the Bengals are quite cheap and paying Lewis 4.5M to sit around is not the way the Bengals play. But it's time to move on.Hue cries in agony if this happens 50/50 John Fox Another of the maybes as with a rebuild it's hard to know when they cut the bait If he stays McCoy could be back as his OC. Fangio and the D are getting there 50/50 Jay Gruden just a hunch here he's not McCloughan's hire and the roster is better than their record 50/50 Sean Payton I doubt they fire him but there have been rumors of a trade I'm looking at you Stan Kroenke Does Brees join him in a package deal cause Goff ain't ready or the Eastern Illinois mafia brings Romo to be the bridge QB 33/67 Ron Rivera there's always one surprise lynching and he's not a Gettleman hire and the team imploded around him 10/90 Hue Jackson Put him on the list cause the Browns always fire their HC's early 1/100

blows my mind how fast teams change HCs. You hire a guy, he most likely has his system/type of players he wants. Takes a few years to accomplish that. You keep changing coaches and they start all over again...You really have no shot to win.

That coach at ND a few years back only got 3 years and people started asking why...now it seems comon place...SUCCEED NOW!!!

Even worse for the fanbase is watching a player slip thru the cracks cause he wasn't a coach 'B' guy so he's released and ends up a starter somewhere else. It takes more than a season to implement a new system. The biggest problem I notice is that the scouting department and front office on a lot of these teams don't get behind the new system drafting players that are better fits. If the other departments don't buy in they'll be changing regimes over and over again
