The lawsuit between Corgan and TNA has gotten ugly and looks to get even much uglier before all is said and done. What will become of TNA? Is it done for good? Will Corgan end up the owner in the end? Bankruptcy???

Billy Corgan, the lead singer of the Smashing Pumpkins. He loaned TNA money in exchange for a possible owners stake in the company and sued them a few days ago when things didn't happen as agreed. Corgan was also involved in ECW back in the late 90's shortly before it went out of business.
There, I did your homework for you. (I expect no gratitude)

Corgan lost his injunction but still hasn't been paid off despite Fight Network's parent company (Anthem Sports & Entertainment) supposedly investing in TNA. It's a Canadian company so you'd think they'd know better than to invest in an American wrestling company that's failing miserably.

Then of course the question... what the hell was Billy Corgan thinking?

Then of course the question... what the hell was Billy Corgan thinking? He also needs a better lawyer, his lawyer wrote the loan agreement with terms to take over TNA upon default under CA law and not TN law where TNA is incorporated.
