Cavs ain't making the NBA Finals. Book it. I watched that game. Irving got sucked into competing with wall. Took all the rhythm out of the game for the Cavs. Wall looked fucking good. |

Didn't see last night's game as I was at the Chicago concert but have read plenty this morning as well as seeing a couple of games over the past few weeks. Their backcourt defense is terrible and it's affecting everything else. And I ain't buying the "Cavs will turn it up come playoffs" line of bullshit. They got problems. And they don't look like a team that can get out of any series in 4 or 5 games. Sooner or later, one of those 6 or 7 game series are going to bite them in the ass. |

Yeah, Irving got torched last night. I am also not a Kevin Love fan, really didn't want him in Boston. He is offensively talented for sure but there is just nothing else about him that is intimidating. He just comes off so soft. You get by irving, there is nothing you are afraid of....and I think last night kinda showed that both ways. Gortat is what he is, but he'll put you on the ground. All you gotta worry about for the cavs is TT and just frame him out of the play. I'm not going to blame all of that on Love though, the camaraderie of lack there of in the direction of Love is quite comical. Having said all that, I would never bet against LBJ. I think Korver should be starting but either way they are the most dangerous team in the East. |

Sports was good this weekend.
The NCAA/Turner Sports got their worst nightmare, 2 west coast teams in the Final Four..Gonzaga still hasn't played anybody.
Wizards with a nice win over the Cavs. The Cavs defense is atrocious, they will have the opportunity to be better in the playoffs since they can gameplan against one squad, but they're playing with fire if they allow it to cost them the 1 seed, and it looks like it will. There's a huge difference in playing the limping Raptors or Hawks as opposed to the Wiz in the 2nd round.

Wow, Cavs got smoked by the Spurs last night... Celtics have taken over as the Eastern Conference 1 seed The Eastern conference playoffs are wide open. Ty Lue looked helpless and the Cavs players looked disinterested. The Spurs weren't even sharp in their offensive execution, but the Cavs couldn't score themselves so it didn't matter. The Cavs may have more talent but they're not a better team than they were last year. All of those additions they've picked up during the season haven't played well outside of Korver, and those guys won't be seeing many minutes during the playoffs. I honestly don't see the Cavs making it back to the Finals. |
