it's really not even bad. He's hurt and was expected to be out until late Sept/early Oct anyway. Now they can use his roster spot for a healthy body. Pats cheating again! fify. Suspensions do not count until the player is fit to play. "Jets is winning."

I dunno ,PFT could be wrong I guess, I mean they did originally think the Pats deflated the balls.
Ninkovich won’t be allowed to be around the Patriots during his suspension — perhaps he and Tom Brady can hang together — and the Pats will be able to keep another player around in his absence. That wouldn’t have been the case if Ninkovich missed time because of injury.

Seems odd to me that a player can tear an ACL in mini camps and then do whatever the fuck he wants because he has no threat of suspension that would matter. I'm pretty sure that's not the case.......maybe because his injury is a bit of a "4-6 weeker" they can grey it up a bit.

such a whiny cunt
Tom Brady wasn't able to get his four-game suspension overturned, but it looks like he did manage get one last shot in at the NFL before the suspension officially begins on Saturday. During the two preseason games that Brady played in over the past two weeks, he didn't wear the NFL-mandated decal on the back of his helmet that shows the league shield. The apparent silent protest was first noticed by a user on Twitter who pointed it out to 98.5 the Hub, a CBS Sports Radio station, in Boston. Each NFL player is required to wear two decals on the back of their helmet: an American flag and a league shield. As you can see below, Patriots offensive lineman Jon Halapio had both stickers on his helmet against the Giants on Thursday. tom-brady-2-nfl-shield-09-02-16.png

That league is nearing a lockout / mutiny more and more each year. And sir thomas brady will end up being one of the few stars with the balls, in league history to stand up for players (directly or not), while still being an employee. The legend continues to grow.

The legend continues to grow. anyone that continued to pay attention(not many) after all the original false BS came out knows Brady got screwed, including most players. It went from the balls, to the phone to Goodell can do what he wants... why? Because they had nothing on him. You have 1 text from the off season where the guy says "help the deflator out". it had nothing to do with any scheme or even football. Anda guy taking a piss before the game. A couple bits of circumstanial evidence... Meanwhile from the other side we had that false "11 of 12 balls,2 pounds under"...not even close to true, NFL refused to correct. A few times since the NFL wasted no time correcting stories that went against them like how they took money back that they put up for concussion study. We had the official's best recollection of which gauge he used pre game disregarded. The 2 gauges were very different in appearance,. They take evrything else he said as gospel yet claim he must be remebering wrong on which gauge he used. The firm also fudged the photos of the 2 gauges to make them look more alike than they were. The fact is the amount of air "missing"exactly matches the discrepancy between the 2 gauges...how convenient!lol oh and lets not forget the Colts balls lost air too and they were caught having a needle on the sidelines (illegal) and sticking it in the Pats ball (also illegal) yet they skate and dont even get investigated lol also in that game an NFL employee got caught removing balls (stealing ) to sell...So much proven shenanigans with balls in that game and it's the Pats that get punished...in a game they won by 40 points and everyone knew they were going to win easily lol But people hate the Pats so they believe the worst. Hey if you remember at first I figured they were probably doing it...then the facts came out...but it takes a lot time to read the actual facts and aint nobody got time for that! ESPN said!!! THis is the main thing that made me change my mind(well this and the fact that there wasnt really any air missing if Walt is to be believed about which gauge he used and I find it hard to believe he wouldn't remeber) Second, at least by the time of the AFC Championship Game, the inflation level of the footballs was a matter of particular interest to Mr. Brady. He told the Patriots’ equipment staff that he wanted the footballs inflated at the lowest permissible level; he reviewed a highlighted copy of the provision of the Playing Rules that addressed inflation of footballs; and he instructed the equipment staff to present a copy of the rule to the game officials. On the day of the AFC Championship Game, Mr. McNally told referee Walt Anderson that Mr. Brady wanted the balls inflated to a pressure of 12.5 psi. He told the investigators that “Tom … always has me pass a message to the Official’s [sic] that he likes the balls at the minimum permissible PSI of 12.5. … I know this is what Tom wants, and I have been personally told by him of the ball weight preference.” Who points out a rule that they plan on breaking? Pretty clear he wanted them at 12.5 no? Every PSI mentioned in texts in that report is legal except for the ones about them being way over inflated to 16 in a home game, where was this "scheme" then? I believe that's what the trip to the pisser was about. He probably gave them a quick squueze or whatever to make sure they weren't over inflated again. If he wasnt just taking a piss before heading out like most of us do.

"doesnt everybody destroy their phones after buying a new one?" get the fuck out of here everybody with the Pats was very cooperative until they figured out it wasnt really a fair investigation. I'm mean look at Ted Well's and especially Exponnent's history man...they basically get paid to get the results their clients want. articles.latimes.com/2010/feb/18/business/la-fi-toyota-exponent18-2010feb18Wells previously has railroaded the Saints and Incognito... C'mon man... You really think Brady would be texting about a ball deflation scheme?lol If so,with who? They had the guys phone that would be doing said deflation already...nothing. A bunch of his emails having nothing to with football got leaked...You would give these fucks your phone after that? Not to mention let's say he did give it up and there was nothing on it...Like that would really clear him? No it would be "he obviously deleted everything!" Court of public opinion already had him guilty because they bought a bunch of proven lies from the NFL already But it's OK,I know it's hard to admit you been duped. THat's kind of what happened to the league. They had no clue footballs lose pressure in weather conditions.THey admitted that. Once they figured it out it was too late to just say "whoops, our bad!" We'll just double down on our lies instead! it's not lost on me everyone agrees Goodell fucks up literally every case yet he nailed it on this one! ha ha

in case no one noticed, jimmy will literally be looking over his shoulder in the first 3 home games this year. Who needs to see tom moping on the sidelines when you can have a 50 foot light house version of him doing it instead?

"Angry Face Brady" "look out" Question. Who has more pressure on them in the first 4 weeks... Belichik or garrapolo? If you remove franchise qbs from bills legacy... Kosar Brady Bledsoe Bill is 31-27 as a head coach... 11-5 of that with cassell
