The Texans (9-7) won the division last year due in large part to their winning 5 of 6 within the division. They have a new starting QB and questions about the health of their defensive stud JJ Watt. Luck was injured most of last year and even before that seemed to have taken a step back. I dont see a lot of talent on that team so they'll need Luck to live up to his new contract. Can he do it? I'm not so sure. Are the Jags as improved as they think? They are kind of the trendy pick. I dont know that answer either but hey Bortles and his weapons are nice fantasy options at the least!
I like Bill O'Brien so I'll take the Texans to win the South probably again with 9 wins...Who you got?

Jacksonville Jaguars 10-6 The Jags defense catches up with the offense and slips past the Colts and Texans in a 3 way race. Must see game week 7 against the other comer the Raiders. These guys aren't contenders in the playoff yet But I expect they will be for the foreseeable future soon, real soon.
Houston Texans 9-7 Well the Texans put their chips in with Brock Osweiler and there might be some buyers remorse come the end of this season. But fear not if O'Brien can retool him he might still end up as an okay overpriced FA buy. This prediction is presuming Watts back/disc gives him only minimal discomfort if this is not the case this record will be worse far worse
Indianapolis Colts 8-8 How Grigson keeps his job is beyond me They have holes all over their roster, holes that have been there season after season after season with no end in sight. Finally got a lynchpin for the O-line in Kelly much to Luck's delight. This roster is not playoff calibre but with Luck they will still be in contention in a weak but getting stronger South. If you want a fast read read Grigson's draft successes. To win at football is to win in the trenches yet the Colts have the weakest O-line AND D-line in the division.
Tennessee Titans 6-10 The Titans start the climb out of the bottom of the roster heap and Mariota starts making magic Does every Mercurial WR get drafted by the Titans Kenny Britt Justin Hunter Kendall Wright DBG man the list goes on and on yet a 5th round flier pick Tajae Sharpe is #1 on the depth chart. Sad, Delanie Walker will catch 90 balls this season

Unless the Colts miraculously spawn a defense, I like JAX to step up. Justin's favorite team has gaps and the Texans are Watt and a bunch of guys named Herb.
