The Bucs came as close as you can come without making the playoffs for the 1st time in 10 seasons but lost out in the NFL tiebreaker system to the Detroit Lions .

Helping the learning curve for Winston by keeping the same scheme he learned as a rookir by promoting Koetter from OC to HC
Worst move
Drafting a K Roberto Aguayo, with the 59th pick. Even if he hadn't missed 9FGA's and 2 XP's that is no place to take a kicker. I don't care if he was the most accurate K in ACC history
Don't be surprised if
the Bucs make the playoffs in 2017
