The latest rule revision, the receiver must now establish himself as a “runner.” as opposed to a "football move". Although a bit better it's still too ambiguous. Two feet down and possession of ball isn't that enough you fucking idiots.except in the end zone where it is. Then there is the Bert Emanuel rule that if you have possession of the ball the ball can touch the ground and is still a catch, UNLESS it's in the end zone where it's an incompletion (don't believe me ask Calvin Johnson). So you can have the ball touch the ground as long as you're in possession and in the field of play but not in the end zone and two feet down and possession of ball is a completion in the end zone but in the field of play you have to establish yourself as a runner. Fucking idiots
