The Ravens had a meh season never getting blownout till their last game a week after getting knocked out of the playoff picture, yet their offense sputtered along with no identity which hastened the release of OC Trestman replaced by Morningweg their defense although ranking well in most categories allowed couldn't make the important holds as they lost 6 of their 8 losses by a score or less.

not easy to find one although relieving Trestman of his OC duties will do

Hate dissing the way Ozzie does business but not finding a RB who can move the chains, so important in the Ravens offensive scheme in FA or the draft has to stand out as the worst non move
