"Obama didn't wait the required thirty days before he got a US soldier released!?!? That's illegal" - People looking to be upset "Obama waited an extra thirty days before he got a US soldier released because of what!?!? Why did he wait? That's our soldier. He's such a pussy failure" - People Looking to be upset His own administration is saying this has been in the works for years... he didn't give them notice because when congress saw the names? he knew they'd throw a fucking fit and he'd have to publicly acknowledge why he was releasing 5 hardened terrorists (one the UN wants for crimes against humanity) for a fucking deserter...before he was able to do it. This is about closing gitmo blake...it has zero to do with getting that kid home...a nice side effect is they are trying to use it as a "see how much obama loves the troops moment" unfortunately because he's a deserter/traitor/sympathizer? It's blowing up in his face...

The "Public" isn't educated enough to know how fucking wrong Obama is. agreed, the masses are asses...but my pint remains 2 republican lawmakers, who question when obama farts...doesnt constitute "egregious abuse of power" is what he did shady? perhaps. it sickens me as an american...but abuse of power? until i other than republicans mention it...mainstrem public outcry...its not abuse of power, to me. its perceived as such, but truly isnt...until it becomes such in the eyes of the voting public Huh? This is black and white rock...he's REQURED BY LAW, ONE HE SIGNED, TO NOTIFY CONGRESS... He didn't. Ergo, abuse of power...and I never used the word "egregious" "if no one gets upset by it, because no one has the balls to call obama out on it, it's not illegal!!!" Dumb...

Let's just say that the 5 released guys plus 10 more "terrorists" are killed soon, by "US", as a result of this...
worth it then?

I'll say this one more time, I'm not giving out the name of my friend, who's also a close friend of my brother who is in the military:
My info comes to me from those who served with him...... when he left and they are pissed and want him to answer for his actions.
We gave up 5 terrorists for this piece of shit.

We're not supposed to negotiate with terrorists either. And we had to release 5 terrorists who feed on killing Americans. You think they promised they were going to stop? And some of you nut jobs are defending this? what am i defending? ive said in english 3 times in not defending anyone between yesterday and today You just argued it wasn't an abuse of power, not because it was legal, but because only 2 republicans called it illegal. Sounds like a lame defense to me... "he gave me free healthcare, he can do what ever he wants!!! WHERE'S MY OBAMA PHONE!!!"

Not worth the gamble...thought about this and came back to the old adage of 1 in the hand vs. 2 in the bush... Let's just say these guys break their solemn promises not to re-enter the fight, we lose track of them...and later on we find out they're responsible for a string of attacks on American troops and civilians... Will there be outcry then?

"The People" are supposed to be a "voice" Rock. Watching you 3 terds defend this loser is so precious. I'm sure as much as he won't lose sleep over me having a voice...I'm sure he'll reward you with something for defending him like he's your friend.
Karma is a nasty bitch, Obama will have his time and have to asnwer to the "People".

nobody called out Bush on the GTMO prison? huh? calls for impeachment? i dont recall them gitmo is illegal,....yet, still there point Gitmo is not illegal...not since 2006....the camp itself is not illegal, the only issue of legality was prisoners at first were denied due process provided under the geneva convention...we are, in fact, allowed to detain POW's rock...where ever the fuck we feel like... Bush argued that they didn't qualify as: I disagreed with bush, as did the supreme court. In 2006, the rules down there changed...it's a legal POW camp now...obama is trying to close it to placate the moveon.org types that voted for him....

my opinion, they probably had good intentions with getting Bergdahl released.....but they clearly didn't do their homework on the ramifications of it
it would be bad enough just for the five they swapped him for, but then you add in Bergdahls shady capture scenario and it makes it exponentially worse
Bush used to get a lot of shit from military types too, like not being properly saluted by his Marine honor guards and disenfranchised soldiers and Marines spouting off as he made visits to bases around the world post Iraq invasion
Obama is getting attacked any more than Bush was during the height of his second term
a lot of it is unreasonable now and was unreasonable then
but not on this shit right now
