And the last team to go the finals 4 straight years were Larry Bird's Celtics. 84 thru 87....not the Lakers.

A Jordan less Bulls took to very good Knicks team to 7 in the playoffs A Lebron less Heat would have lost to Charlotte this season Miami was a playoff team that nearly won 50 games before Bosh or LeBron James join them.

Think of how many championships Jordan would have won if a few of his allstar buddies had engineered their contracts to take less money and all play on the same team.
I wonder if Jordan, Karl Malone, and Hakeem + a bunch of role players would have won any titles.

Great, being a "Playoff team" in the NBA is not exactly an accomplishment And Im more than willing to acknowledge that Dwayne Wade was once one of the best players in this game, its the current version of him that makes me laugh when people imply "Its Dwayne Fucking Wade"

Drexler had to latch on with Hakeem to win one. And then Barkley went to join them.

yeah so you must have missed the whole game where LeBron got into insane foul trouble versus the Pacers about 2 weeks ago. Why do you talk about games that you don't watch? I don't understand the point of this. ommmmmmg snoogins did you even watch that game? If that was boston, everyone one of us, yes myself included........would have gone BALLISTIC over the fix the NBA had on that game. okay? That has absolutely positively absolutely totally and completely nothing to do with the point of my post. Which was that the heat don't just get bitchslappedy any good team if LeBron is not in the lineup. did you even read what you were replying to?

I think Hakeem had Clyde the Glide for one of those, but at that stage in his career, Clyde was bascially a role player.

Let's go with Wade as Hakeem and Bosh as Malone (yes, I know, different positions). So what I'm reading here is that when the media refers to the Miami "Big 3" you all are confused? "Big 3? It's LeBron and role players?! Who are the other two?"

Even as bad as the East has been, you still have to win your games to get to the finals which the Heat are doing the past 4 years. They still managed to beat the Spurs and OKC (who has everyone's favorite player now).

No, but they do lose, as they did that game, 93-90 And Agree to dis-agree on the quality of the opponent...With Apologies to Ox, The Pacers didnt really impress me in that postseason run, getting past the Wizards and Hawks

If Durant leaves the game with cramps in the finals, you think everyone is making fun of him and doing "Duranting"? Answer this with an honest answer, which I know is very hard for a lot of you.

Rodman had a couple of good years in San Antonio too right? he certainly was no stiff like Chris Bosh apparently is.

I know the East is bad, its the Pacers/Heat.......everyone else. You'll never hear me say otherwise. This is just the LBJ Bashing day. And its not like the Heat have a bad record against the West this year either.

LBJ - 28 pts on 59% shooting The other 4 Heat starters - 28pts on 32% shooting No one is excusing LeBron from the ass whooping last night, but how anyone can't say those other 'superstars' gave them nothing is beyond me. The fact that so many of you assume he should easily overcome that, in the NBA finals no less, let's you know how great he really is. Even if you're from the greater New England area and refuse to say it out loud. Thank you for your time. the conversation might sound a little bit differently if I was not arguing with a man who has literally giving him every inch of credit for every win they've ever had.

So...you're done defending that empty suit Spoelstra? Smart...he's a useless bag of dicks... "it's not lebron's fault...it's Mario Chalmers fault" - when Lebronnettes sound worse than the worst Bradyette. There is a massive difference here down you are failing to see. When people are saying Bosh is better than Rodman and Wade is better than Pippen...........and then don't place any blame on what they view as 2 sure fire HOFers....they kinda sound like hypocrites. what I am getting out of your posts today is that you are not really reading what it is you are replying to.

You excuse tim in the first page of this thread. Now you wanna back off because even the guys were supporting your argument are saying that he deserves blame for last night? That is lame as hell dirt. Very very lame.

Exactly right Cotton, the Spurs are a better team. Here's the thing though... The Spurs pass the ball around and find a wide open Patty fuckin Mills who drills a 3. "Great Basketball" - Everyone LeBron penetrates drawing essentially a 1 on 3 and kicks it out to a wide open Mario Chalmers who bricks the fucking shot. "What a pussy LeBron is deferring shots" - LBJ haters Word.....All you have to do is watch these games.........They get nothing from 85% of that team......All we need to know is that the Co-MVP's of this series are Boris Fucking Diaw and Kwan Leonard, not the 2 Hall Of Famers, and not Ginobli so what you're saying is LeBron James can't do it all by himself? See I just want to be sure because you have told us for the past 5 years that LeBron James does it all by himself. I'm confused.
