Okay, so I see a lot of people on here like Fantasy Baseball, so I have a question. I tried this last year and failed miserably as I could never keep up with it. This is different than Fantasy Football where there's a game each week, you keep an eye on their injuries and projected stats and fix your lineups Thursday morning/Saturday night to fit your gut feeling, but Fantasy Baseball doesn't do 1 game per week, so I'm just looking for tips on how to work it. And don't worry, I'm not joining the fantasy baseball group for this forum, but just trying to beat my buddies so I need the tips.

But, I am still willing and able to help should you still want some info and insight.
To deal with your initial question, which is quite broad, I will say this. The biggest difference between fantasy baseball and football is time. As you noted, for football, you have a week, or at least 3 days, to go over your lineup, and pick winners, depending on individual matchups.
While fantasy baseball can also be weekly ( more on this should you come back to this post and respond ), there are still A LOT more players to go over and keep track of, and, at the same time, you need to be mindful of individual positions guys play on the field, as most leagues require that a player must play a certain number of games at a specific position last year, or they do this year, to qualify at a position.
So, again, the big difference is time, with fantasy baseball either taking more, or, A LOT more of your time to play, and do well at.
