Meanwhile, Romo has aided my Thanksgiving dinner digestion. So has Luke Bryan.
Nothing induces a dump quite like those two performances.

EMERGENCY! Got to have an answer now! Somebody please explain to me, the Cowboys fans (of which I am not), and Otis Driftwood for Chrissakes, this! HOW could Jason Garrett be so ignorant, stupid and brain dead enough to still have Tony Romo in the game, knowing that he is still not totally healed up, in a 30-6 LOSING AND HOPELESS FUCKING FOOTBALL GAME!Two commentators and 5 "suits" on the postgame show and NOBODY SAYS ANYTHING.I'd get it if the game was even remotely competitive , but.... This is how you treat your "supposed" franchise QB? Read more: sportschatter.co/thread/1627/somebody-today-royals-world-series?page=29#ixzz3seOaGSMS

You would have too if you had this team for 40 years. Their season is still over. Deflection? Surprised you'd say that. They are not my classless Lions. They play where I live. I have no loyalty to them at all. I only give a damn about relevant events. Far as class less, I guess so. That's a new adjective. My adjectives more likely include hap less, use less, clue less, hope less, worth less...understand what I am saying? In fact, if you could arrange to have their logo removed from my page, I thank you in advance. Dallas could have still been relevant given the state of that division. Entered with same record as Detroit. But that fleabag division could have been won even with them losing today. Minnesota and Green Bay are not finishing 8-8 and that is the worst record they can finish with and they BOTH have to finish 8-8 even if the idiot Lions win out! Any questions? I am still waiting for anybody in North America to explain what I just asked about and am still waiting to ahve answered.

The joke is a Pats fan giving another team grief for running up the score. But I do know if that was Brady still chucking it in 4th,,, you raise a good point on Romo I guess. I was only half paying attention to the game at that point.

I was not watching that game at that point either but given my "journalistic instincts" after hearing he got knocked out for the season, I had to find out when it happened. And it is ridiculous. I am admittedly easily agitated tonight anyway 'cuz i just woke up at 7AM to cook from scratch and provide a turkey dinner for 6 that I was going to actually deliver to the home of my friend's wife at their home. His wife was diagnosed two weeks ago with terminal lung cancer. I finished up about 1:00, then called him and got no answer so I called his wife's sister, who is tending to her. She said he left and sounded confused. Apparently he got an op to go and get drunk and blew everyone off. My wife is frothing because she had plans to work and get double time and a half prior to this late development. Like bigd, money is tight and again like bigd, he says he gives up on most of his friends because they aren't worth it.

Well it was still the 3rd quarter...technically they could have cut it to 16 with plenty of time left...They were fighting for their playoffs lives....we knew they had little chance but they had to believe...So I guess I have no problem with him being out there

Read a comment from a doctor who stated the average recovery time frame for a broken clavicle is six months. Lots of mumbo jumbo about the interior of the bone and normal healing processes and scientific research and stuff.
Our defense still sucks.

Peyton Manning will not be on the Broncos sideline this evening due to the weather conditions. Puss. lol There's a lot of speculation that he's not even really hurt and he's really just been benched. This almost gives more credence to that theory. If he wasn't pissed off you'd think he'd be there to help Osweiler having faced the Pats so often. He could sit safely on the bench to do that. But I'm not disappointed I wont have to see his face evry 10 minutes either lol Although the commercials will probably make up for that dammit

and as I just said in another thread, football gets real now. Every game today has play off implications. Then there's MNF, and the battle for draft position

For teams that "think" they are contenders, it starts right now. For the ones that "are"... it's all about positioning right now. NYG@WAS will be my primary early game. Will be looking at NO@HOU also as well as MIN@ATL.

Eli with a delay of game that was clearly on him. The interception that followed wasn't really on him though.
