Kyrie Irving was sidelined just nine minutes into Sunday's tilt against the Oklahoma City Thunder with flu-like symptoms, and he blames bed bugs.

Injuries too. They have their bigs lined up now. But you are correct....there is no need to get down that much. And they were down a few times that game and came back. C's gotta get off to better starts, playoff teams won't let ya come back. What do you think the deal was ballpark for Okafor? Has to be multiple first-round picks including this year is Brooklyn pic. And I'm sure that Danny would have let them have their pick of Sullenger or Olynyk or Johnson if the 76ers really were listening to offers and the Celtics didn't get it done I would have to guess that it's because they wanted multiple Brooklyn pics or somebody on the roster like Smart I by in large agree with that. I don't see Philly giving him up and not getting at least 2 picks or 1 pick and young talent. I would have liked to get a really good center, outside of Howard, at the deadline......but I don't have a problem with them doing nothing. I don't think they are an Okafor away from contending....and I think there are other Okafor's out there so I wouldn't want to break the bank in a trade for him.

Having said that, the only okafor stuff i've seen is what you have said about it, I don't really listen to sports radio or anything.

They are not THAT good of a roster.....their back court leaves something to be desired. They are a hell of a lot better than a bottom five team in the league. Another team baffles me how they're losing so many games is the Lakers.

Like I've been saying for the past few days. The guy doesn't play any defense but he is a very talented offense of post player. He would absolutely help them with his ability to score

Celtics didn't "roll" the Bucks. Was more like "held on". Nice win though.
IT is turning into a legit point guard, which is nice to have. Like Rondo was, except he can shoot.
When he's not on the floor, they sometimes look like a bunch of guys who just met though. Not going anywhere without another scoring threat.

Better result than last time they played the Bucks when they couldn't stop Greg Monroe when it mattered.

Good enough for me.

I like how the Celtics match up against the Raptors.......I think in a series, bradley and smart would wear down lowery and derozan.

Crazy part about Curry and all his stats: He is tied with Brook Lopez, 37th in the league, with 33.8 MPG.

Atlanta copied Pop's to a tee with the resting of starters.

Do u say screw the record and start preventing guys from playing back to backs? They dont have a big lead on the spurs. So maybe they cant

They bench their guys in many 4th quarters (many being relative). I also think they should have the mentality of sweeping 1 if not 2 series before the spurs.....so they should get the rest needed by the spurs series.

They couldn't win 4 playoff games against Cleveland if you gave them 15 to do it.

There is no doubt the Celtics will make many adjustments from last year's playoffs if they meet Cleveland again. Cleveland will make zero changes and rely on talent. Which yes, they are more talented, but not that 12 games to 3 more talented.

Maybe 7-5 more talented. Celtics are 2 legit players away from getting past a team like Cleveland. I know last year was different, and it won't likely be a sweep this time. But where would you put the Celtics odds of a win against the Cavs in the EC finals right now? 100-1? 50-1?
