not looking good for Edelman Report: Julian Edelman broke a bone in foot Posted by Josh Alper on November 15, 2015, 9:22 PM EST EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ - NOVEMBER 15: Julian Edelman #11 of the New England Patriots is wrapped up by Jasper Brinkley #53 of the New York Giants during the first quarter at MetLife Stadium on November 15, 2015 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. (Photo by Al Bello/Getty Images) Getty Images Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman left Sunday’s thriller against the Giants with a foot injury in the first half and did not return to action. It will reportedly be a while before Edelman makes that return. Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports that Edelman has broken the fifth metatarsal in his left foot. Garafolo adds that it is believed to be “a true Jones fracture.” If all that sounds familiar, it’s likely because they were part of the discussions that went on when Dez Bryant initially broke the same bone in his foot. Bryant was hurt in Week One and returned for the Cowboys’ Week Eight game against the Seahawks. So it fits that Garafolo reports that a playoff return is possible for Edelman. At 9-0, it’s very likely that the Patriots are going to be in the postseason but their offense is going to have to adapt to a second big loss in as many weeks.

It's a legitimate 8 week recovery... and I still think it's bothering Dez. He'll definitely have to wear some type of orthopedic.

Terrance Williams is getting looked at on the sidelines now. great. my fantasy team is not happy. Doug Martin with a 23 yard reception and run. Your fantasy team learns patience. ending up winning 107-62 thanks to Antonio Brown and Tom Brady. Martin finished with 10 points, Williams with 3 (Randle had 5 on the bench, didn't matter). Had 30 from Brady. opponent had 0 from Snead, 6 from Forsett and 1 from Peyton Manning who had a horrible game (4 INT, 5-of-20 passing).
