Only delayed the inevitable fart-and-falldown last few plays. Life without Romo sucks. Yeah that was pretty ugly. But have to give Seattle some cred there too, it was unlikely Cassel or Romo if he was in there, was going to be a hero given the situation good news is that division sucks so you arent out of it lol That's possibly a curse. All will be revealed next week though. Philly.

Back in the day Peyton would have put on a clinic with 2 green rookie CB's in the game

lol yeah I'm cooked. I was thinking you said Fitz was back in but... Jets already are calling about quarterbacks Posted by Mike Florio on November 1, 2015, 5:37 PM EST Dont'a Hightower, Ryan Fitzpatrick AP With quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick out of Sunday’s game at Oakland due to an injury, the Jets are concerned that Fitzpatrick will miss some time. Per a league source, the Jets already are making calls during Sunday’s game against the Raiders in search of available quarterbacks, either via trade or free agency. One intriguing option becomes Ryan Mallett, who arrived in Houston via trade while Jets G.M. Mike Maccagnan was working for the Texans. The cupboard is otherwise bare, unless a team like the Titans would swap Zach Mettenberger to the franchise that once was known as the Titans. Mallett I'm sure is a non-starter McCoy or Glennon make great sense RG3 woukld if it wasn't for having to guarantee 16M if he gets injured Glennon probably isn't available I'd offer a conditional 7th for McCoy Mr. Maccagnan "There's a collect call from Mississippi on line 3" I would take Matt Flynn over Mallett as well Which shows you the high esteem I hold Mr Mallett in

Moving his hands that's good Glad the kid is OK. But - there was nothing wrong with that hit. If the league is going to penalize a hit like that, then just do away with punt returns and kick returns. Just a concussion lucky kid. Yes the hit was legal but I can see it going the way of the Dodo only play where blocking is legal that far away from the ball is on returns, maybe they need to go to the CFL rule of no fair catches and a 5 yard no encroach zone

PETA wants investigation of Dez Bryant’s “possibly illegal possession” of a monkey

Just when you thought you’ve seen it all, along comes a call for an investigation into Dez Bryant’s monkey.
Bryant posted a picture of himself with a tiny capuchin monkey that he called “Dallas Bryant” and his new best friend in the photo’s caption. That caught the eye of animal rights groups, who spoke to TMZ Sports to say that it was “completely irresponsible” to have such an animal as a pet and that Bryant “will live to regret it.”
There’s no confirmation that Bryant is keeping the animal as a pet (although he wouldn’t be the first Cowboy wideout to do so), but now PETA has also waded into the story. Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the organization has asked Desoto, Texas Animal Control to look into Bryant’s “possibly illegal possession” of a monkey.
“Monkeys belong in the wild — not [for] football players who acquire exotic animals just to make a splash on Instagram,” Brittany Peet of PETA said.
We’ll see how things play out for little Dallas Bryant, but hopefully we’ll get to the really important business and find out if he thinks Dez caught the ball in Green Bay last season.

PETA is venturing into some dangerous territory down here in the land of meat loving, gun toting carnivores.
Tread lightly. I haven't had a steak since August and I'm pissed!

Of course he caught the ball! Just because the NFL has a stupid rule that makes little sense in lieu of other rules that would make it a catch doesn't change what we can see. You know... like the Tuck Rule.

shit I wish I didn't watch between this daylight savings shit and my old age I was fighting to stay awake by 9 and didn't see much of it which sucks. Hopefully the Pats can do better when they have to go to Denver. That one makes me nervous Broncos D shut the Packers down, especially the WR. Rodgers couldn't do a thing, but it didn't help that he had constant pressure and couldn't get help from blocking. Richard Rodgers doesn't know who to block which lets Aaron Rodgers get sacked, fumbles and a safety is caused. then because of injuries, Heyward is out of his regular coverage but Denver was able to throw all over the secondary moving the ball down the field. no pressure on Manning either and the run game couldn't be stopped, they stayed getting big runs. I'm not sure what Matthews or Peppers was doing

Vernon Davis to the Broncos The teams will swap late-round picks in 2016 and San Francisco will receive the Broncos' sixth-round pick in 2017, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported, per a source involved.
