But then it will not move the cursor to let me type in any text.
I thought it might be on my end due to low bandwidth but every other window I open works fine. Using Windows 10 on Dell all-in-one PC.

not sure if this is what's affecting you but I just checked the support area and saw this:
Our activity monitors are showing some performance degradation in certain geographic locations. Depending on where you connect from you may experience some slowness when loading pages.
This should be remedied soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.
