I'd like to see the Rams do better than 8-8, but even that would be a step in the right direction.

Last Place - Niners. Dominating the Cowboys in a preseason game doesn't change the fact that this team is in transition. And this division is too good for a team in transition.
Third place - Rams. They might actually finish 10-6. And not make the playoffs. That defense is really damn good. And I think Nick Foles will be fine there. They will contend.
Second place - Cardinals. I just cannot wrap my head around Carson Palmer lifting this team to that next level. But he may damn well do that. It was clear they were only a QB short from being a factor last season. And they are pretty much intact.
First place - Seahawks. Until the champs are dethroned, they are still the champs. And Russell Wilson has a legitimate weapon in Jimmy Graham. And that defense is still here. I will ride this horse until it's not rideable.

the Seahawks are a great team, I can't see Arizona beating them out this season for 1st. and Seattle upgraded with Graham at TE? Even more weapons for Wilson
