If so, what do you think?
I was on the list to get the free upgrade but I had to do a system restore back to factory settings last night so I lost that.

My laptop has Windows 8 and I hate the fucking thing but at least I'm used to it. I'd hate to switch to another piece of shit that I have to learn all over again.

Vista before that totally sucked so I'm always hesitant to change

Went Parry Sound once and ended up with about $20 in my pocket ket those dam 1 and 2 dollar coins ?

I have Windows 7 and from what I've heard, unless you're a gamer is probably not worth upgrading. I'll wait until my next PC. Fortunately I never had Vista or W8

the worst part about the last Windows update is every website tried to follow suit because it's "more organized" which it isn't for me. I'm just going to stick to Apple computers

Upgraded both my laptop and desktop when it was first available. No problems with the OS.
But my Google Chrome went wonky on my on the desktop. Had to uninstall it this morning. Don't think it had anything to do with W10 though.

Ran into my first "conflict" with W10. I keep all of my bill statements in .pdf format in a folder within my "Documents" library. So yesterday, I start an account up with my dentist and create all my on line transactions stuff... and download a statement. Normally, I would just hit the "Folder" icon, hit "Libraries", then move on.
Well... no "Libraries" icon. Document folder links are to that fucking "One Drive" folder that I only use when my wife and I go somewhere and I take my laptop with me. Took about 15-20 minutes before I realize that Windows 10, in it's "intuitive" manner, decided I don't use my libraries enough for it to "recommend" it in my quick links. But it will recommend the shit out of One Drive and potential revenue streams for purchasing additional space. So - I now have a Shortcut on my Desktop to "Libraries". This is in addition to the Shortcut I had to place on my Desktop for the Control Panel.
Not digging "Intuitive", Microsoft. Not digging it at all.
Also - tried to reinstall Google Chrome. No luck. Hard Drive just churns and churns until I have to reboot. Not sure what the issue is particularly as Chrome continues to work just fine on my laptop with W10.

I upgraded mine. My only complaint is the constant popups asking me to create a Microsoft account. Other than that, it seems pretty typical.
