lol Bats get their revenge


One of the most well-known stories about Ozzy Osbourne is the time he bit the head off of a real bat, thinking it was one of the props he usually chomped on at his live shows. Well now the bats are finally exacting revenge on the Prince of Darkness: they’re setting up shop in a barn he wants to turn into a guest house – and their presence prevents that from happening.
Because the bats have taken shelter inside the barn, it is considered their “natural habitat” and by law that cannot be disturbed, meaning Ozzy’s construction project is on hold – or might not happen at all.
A quick refresher: at a concert in 1982, Ozzy was in the middle of a performance when he picked up what he thought was a prop bat and bit its head off. The problem was, the bat was real, and actually bit him. He had to go to the hospital for rabies shots immediately after. Hence, the revenge.
According to the Daily Mail, a source close to Ozzy said “The irony isn’t lost on Ozzy that karma has finally caught up with him.”
It seems like the bats are daring Ozzy to venture out that barn and bite all their heads off himself in order to clear up the space for construction. It wouldn’t be the first time.
