Well, the jury is tossing this about now. Who knows when they'll come back with a verdict. I hadn't been paying much attention to all of this until a recent article in CNN where I caught up with the story and vids. Based on what was reported, this guy may have a better than fair chance of a not guilty verdict.
His attorney seems to have put in an "OJ Trial like" performance.
