With Cobb's signing... He is #12 on the list. Last Name | First Name | Team | Total Guaranteed | Avg. Guarantee Year | % Guaranteed | Free Agency | Johnson | Calvin | Lions | $48,750,000 | $6,964,286 | 43.00% | 2020 UFA | Wallace | Mike | Dolphins | $27,000,000 | $5,400,000 | 45.00% | 2018 UFA | Jackson | Vincent | Buccaneers | $26,000,000 | $5,200,000 | 46.80% | 2017 UFA | Fitzgerald | Larry | Cardinals | $22,000,000 | $11,000,000 | 100.00% | 2017 Void | Johnson | Andre | Texans | $20,500,000 | $2,928,571 | 30.20% | 2017 UFA | Bowe | Dwayne | Chiefs | $20,000,000 | $4,000,000 | 35.70% | 2018 UFA | Watkins | Sammy | Bills | $19,935,603 | $4,983,901 | 100.00% | 2018 OFA | Green | AJ | Bengals | $19,688,098 | $4,922,025 | 100.00% | 2016 UFA | Blackmon | Justin | Jaguars | $18,512,010 | $4,628,003 | 100.00% | 2016 OFA | Jennings | Greg | Vikings | $17,800,000 | $3,560,000 | 39.60% | 2018 UFA | Colston | Marques | Saints | $17,700,000 | $3,540,000 | 48.80% | 2017 UFA | Cobb | Randall | Packers | $17,000,000 | $4,250,000 | 42.50% | 2019 UFA |
Lots of spare names on this list... and it's going to see some significant changes before this offseason is through. Colston has already renegotiated his so that makes Cobb 11th, at this point Good catch...

well, it's interesting what the Titans are gonna be doing this off-season. they need a lot of help, a lot of help. but it'll be interesting to see who all is signing, I think we're all ready for the free agency time period to start. at least 1 big name free agent is re-signed, Randall Cobb. 4 years, $40m. i'm excited saw that this morning. Good for you guys. Any scuttlebutt about how much is guaranteed? Like I said before - Cobb is gonna start the ball on Dez and Thomas. they're saying it's almost identical to the deal Jordy Nelson got last season, but the exact details aren't known yet.

Dez is in another category. cobb is not in his league. might just as well tag him, two years in a row, cost about the same, it is the cap hit that skewers it all, ya can't play games with tag numbers. Me, If I owned the Giants ( if ya got em, smoke em), I would have told JPP to take a friggin hike. he is not a top five DE in the NFL. not even close. Dez on the other hand is a top two or three in the NFL. maybe a one. I think Cobb is in his league, but Dez isn't a 1. Calvin Johnson has #1. Dez has #2

49ers believe that Frank Gore will sign elsewhere and are looking at their other options for RB. interesting to see if they pull the trigger on a big name RB
Suh reportedly has a deal in place with the Dolphins, likely finalized on Tuesday and will be the 1st big name FA to go

from PFT
With news that Suh’s agreed (even though he can’t do that) to a six-year, $114 million deal with the Dolphins that includes $60 million in guarantees, the Lions offer pales, but not by that much.
According to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, the Lions’ final proposal to Suh was for an average of $17 million (which comes to $102 million total), with $58 million guaranteed.
That’s more than J.J. Watt’s deal with the Texans, and would have made Suh the highest-paid defensive player in the league.
In the end, it was clear Suh was looking to take the highest possible offer.
When you throw in sunshine, South Beach and the absence of state income tax, that was enough to lead him out of Detroit.

CJ2YC shot in shoulder in Orlando in stable condition. Driver of the vehicle he was in is deceased Serious stuff... I will withhold my typical swarmy comment about it being a good thing he wasn't shot in the leg.

Looks like Maxwell is signing with the Duc..Eagles from PFT
Per multiple reports (beginning with Jayson Braddock of KBME radio in Houston), the Eagles will sign Maxwell to a deal that includes $25 million guaranteed. It’s not yet known whether that’s fully guaranteed money or money guaranteed at the time of signing.
Whatever the final numbers are (if/when Maxwell indeed becomes an Eagle), it’ll be interesting to see how he does without Richard Sherman, Kam Chancellor, and Earl Thomas around him. The mere fact that the Falcons and head coach Dan Quinn didn’t jump into the bidding for Maxwell should be regarded as a potential red flag.

There have been reports that Maxwell will be signing a five-year deal with $25 million in guaranteed money as he leaves the Seahawks for the Eagles, which would mean Philly paid a big price to fill a big need on their defense

As long as he doesn't have to play 8+ games again I'll be happy to see him back in Philly. Tebow is considering attending the veteran combine on March 22. So that best back up in the league crown is on the line
