gotta be semi deep dish, cheese on top of the toppings , non-chain ownership , real italian style fresh sauce , and the cheese slightly browned-anchovies and hot chilli flakes on the side

Women on top are good as always! I have been dabbling in the white slices of late. Nowhere near NY quality but a good alternative do the horrible shit they call pizza down here. The garlic and basil drown out everything else |

We went to a little 30 seat greek place nearby last night and ordered our regular ham, pineapple,mushroom , and olive pizza. We go here about three times per year and absolutely love the pie. the pizza arrives , we start eating it , and something is wrong.............we realize they forgot to put any of their awesome homemade sauce on the crust. the poor owner lady was horrified when we showed her. We were hungry so we ate that one , she comped our wine and pie , and sent us home with an entirely new and properly made one. Now , they really have our business for life. i love small one location only , Family business pizza places.
