Anyone have an explanation for the NBCsports (or the former OLN and Versus network) network broadcasting schedule. I mean they continually show the worst possible games on full scheduling nights for the NHL. I mean tonight is Carolina and Tampa; with so many other games on the docket which could be more interesting.
Don't they have the capacity to switch the broadcast schedule like the NFL?

well.......at least they could sell the ads real cheap .......that no one will see......so the return will suck....so the ad prices will drop further...........so the revenues will drop , so the league will keep giving them worse games..........LOL -an economic version of the Oilers draft and rebuild plan

Maybe its just me, but they seem to show a lot of Pens games too. Last night though somebody scraped the bottom of the barrel with that pairing.

I mean Fox has jumped on the UFC bandwagon; so if you want to compete you need to put some hockey games on that actually matter and make people want to give a shit.

Last night was the kicker.... NBC sports advertised Le Habs vs Rags, tune in and the cable guide confirms this. Come back from commercial and a fucking soccer game is being aired. WTF?  |
