Needless to say... the topic du joie down here has been the expected absence of Suh on Sunday. Can't say I feel bad about him being out although I'm one of those who didn't see the play as being intentional.
His problem... along with the rest of the Lions as Raiola's suspension also shows - is that they have this collective history and the Ginger God is paying attention to them. Doesn't take much to trigger King Goodell's ban hammer... add a little "past incident" record to the mix and that was inevitable.
What's bad for the Lions is good for the Cowboys though. I ain't gonna gripe.

I think Dallas will get by Detroit setting up their pummeling in Green Bay!
INDY, Pitt and Arizona round out the wins.

I'd rather the Pats play the Colts or Bengals than the Ratbirds. I believe Pitt usually beats them but without Bell they could be in some trouble I think

NFC: Detroit (sixth seed, 11-5) at Dallas (third seed, 12-4), 4:40 p.m. ET, FOX. I like Carolina over Arizona. Cam is Cam....hardly anything to work with but a winner. Dont like his shit but he has game. Arizona is pulling people off the streets to play just about every position. I think Pitt wins either way in the night game. Bell plays they win for sure. The X factor will be Pitt's questionable D vs Flaccos odd way of pulling shit out of his ass at the right time. I think Ben is going to have a big game though and Pitt just goes up and down the field. Cinncy at Indy, Indy all day. If AJ Green is out, this could be a blow out. I don't like either of these QB's under pressure, I don't like either of these coaches under pressure. Pretty much Denver is rooting for Baltimore and NE is rooting for Pitt, so they can get the winner of this game. Dallas romps Detroit. Suh playing is a joke and has the potential to make this a game, forcing dallas off the running game a bit. But Romo is a CLUTCH qb and it'll show sunday. Dallas wins.

NFC: Detroit (sixth seed, 11-5) at Dallas (third seed, 12-4), 4:40 p.m. ET, FOX. ARI@CAR - man... I hate that the Cardinals are neutered at QB. Otherwise I'd have no problem taking them. I can't pick them with Lindley running the show. I think this one gets ugly. CAROLINA BAL@PIT - until Bell was ruled out, I was going to take the Steelers. He gave them what Murray gives the Cowboys - balance and the ability not to put the game on the QB's shoulders. Fear the Rat Birds. They could make a run. BALTIMORE CIN@IND - Until Andy Dalton proves to me he can make plays that define championship football... INDIANAPOLIS DET@DAL - Green Bay provided the blueprint for attacking their defense. And - Dallas' offensive line is better than Green Bay's. My concern is with Dallas' secondary. Plain and simple... if the Cowboys can't get a pass rush on Stafford then he will roast Carr. And with Tate providing a serious threat on the other side, they can't roll coverages specifically to help Carr. Marinelli has done a good job this season of disguising coverages to give Carr help though. I think he does it again... enough to allow the Cowboys running game to do its job. DALLAS
