I love sports. I love laughing. And when I can match the two loves, it is just wonderful. So... this is a good way to get to know each other... have a few laughs... or come to the conclusion that some of us are seriously twisted and need psychological aid or a nice fatty.
I will share some of the stuff that brings tears to my eyes here. Hope you all will too. Besides - we all need a good laugh now and then.

I will start with my all time favorite. This is what happens when you are in a small market town, you are just learning the business, you have your first swim on the local Fort Wayne weekend newscast, your teleprompter sucks, the weekend producer is also new to the game, and...
Boom goes the dynamite.

So - last night while we are eating BBQ at Rudy's (a Texas tradition, I should point out to those who have never been), this damn commercial came on one of the TV's there.
I asked my grandsons (15 & 19) if this commercial in general and the twerking chick in particular was "in their demographic". The oldest answered immediately - "Grandpa, we all pretty much think she's having trouble working up a shit".
These boys are gonna be just fine.
