Pens also pick up Hunwick from Toronto, 3 years $2.25 per year. Biggest question will be if the two years he spent with the Laffs will permanently affect him.

Bonino had 18 goals and 19 assists, but he was a minus 5. He was good, but I think Nashville threw some silly money at him. Four years $16.4 million, seriously? No way were the Pens going to match that kind of money. Geuntzel was a center in Wilkes-Barre so they might give him a try there, but other than that, the only center in Wilkes-Barre who was close to being ready was Sundqvist and they sent him to Vegas. They have all summer, they'll find somebody. |
