I guess we all know who the leader in the clubhouse for the Conn Smythe is right now... Jake from State Farm, no Jake Geuntzel. The kid is amazing, everything is going in for him. A little more hope for the Pens after this game. They weren't thoroughly outplayed for most of the game. just for a few stretches. Maybe they're turning the corner on this series, which is weird to say considering they are up 2 games to none. I've got to say this: Rinne is not playing well. Granted he's had the defense score on him both nights, but he's also let in some questionable goals. Hopefully he keeps playing like this for at least two more games. |

With all their dominance for long stretches, especially in the first game, Nashville didn't score that much. Murray made some good saves, and the defense was half decent in clearing pucks, but Nashville hasn't been able to close the deal. |

Anything is possible but Rinne hasn't beaten the Pens yet in what is it now?,,,10 career games. I know he'll probably get rid of that goose egg before the finals are over but I think the Pens have to be in his head now. Maybe the extra day of rest will let him clear it but I hope not!!!!!!!!
That first goal by Geuntzel was unbelievable. I still have no idea how he got that puck thru Rinne even after seeing a dozen replays. Rinne's arm is tight against his body and somehow the pucks squeezes thru. Just incredible!!!!!!!

He has pictures of Vince in bed with Kevin Dunn. Plus at this point he has 1 and a half feet in Hollywood and only shows up to wrestle 3 to 4 times a year. So, it's more a hobby for him than a job. |

I hate the spacing out of the games now !!!! I agree! The extra day between games 2 and 3 was bad enough but a game every 3 days or so after they go to the 1-1-1 is just horrible!!! |
