You riveting topics for today: Boston and New York combined to give up 24 runs. Sportspoopla's Fordham's obsession with our website reaches new lows. Melky is back on roids and someone should test Brandon Belt, too. Speaking of roids, yesterday featured multi-homerun games from Starlin Castro, Jose Abreu, Ryan Braun, Corey Hart and Avisail Garcia.

I was just thinking the same thing about Melky. I have Belt on a couple teams, he's clean just awesome

And the Braves got shut out. GRRRH! These guys had better start hitting or send them all to Gwinnett and let some kids have a shot!

So glad Bartolo Colon took some time off to get those horrible steroids out of his system and has come back better than ever, and all nachurral-like. Warms my heart it does. Or, it would, if I had one...

Cotton
That Paxton guy has some serious talent ... i missed the beginning when he let the runs up, appeared to have settled in for the 3 innings i actually watched
shocking to see he only pitched 5 innings. Did he get hurt?

Did he get hurt? ... James Paxton is almost surely headed to the disabled list after leaving Tuesday’s outing with a strained lat

Did he get hurt? Yes, he got hurt. Don't know what the injury is yet. Maybe a lat muscle, although last night they said it was the bicep on his pitching arm. But in all honesty, the way things have gone for young pitchersthis spring - he's probably going to be the next guy diagnosed with a Tommy John.

Brandon Belt may just be the next big superstar of the game. I hope the above is right. My guess is though, he'll cool off and hit around 27ish bombs on the year (which I'd still gladly take). word so glad he doesn't root for me! Lol. Poor Pickler.
