So the Colts have to put up the same amount of points they put up every week? Shouldn't be a problem They're playing the best defense they have faced all season. I know you don't want to talk about it but that is the same defense that absolutely owned the Broncos two weeks ago. best d they faced all season was the ravens. now tell me how the pats d is better now.

So you think the Colts have a good defense, that's what Im getting here? if anything, im pointing out the pats defense is "shit on a shingle" if the colts is also. just an fyi, both teams are middle of the pack, stats wise at least. I'm going by what I have seen on the field. He Broncos and Bears put up a LOT of empty yards on the Patriots. Downright amazing how Dirt doesn't use his seeing eye test in instances like this.

OK. I was wrong to get in the middle of this. Carry on. If you care (I know you don't), Cereal and Chappee will confirm that I never picked the Broncos I told Chappee, the "safest bet is the Over, id never trust Peyton in Foxboro" That comment does sound familiar. It also dovetails nicely with your constant railing about how Kraft owns the league. (oh wait, that was me). What will the result of the Colts - Pats game be please.

playing in the cold is suddenly an issue for the pats? Lol "I got your back Dirt, the NFL is rigging the schedule to help New England" i simply made an observation. why is playing in green bay in the winter an issue for a cold weather team that has blizzards at their stadium almost yearly? sd, i get your point. gb, i dont at all. has nothing to with dirt at all, drop the dirt shew toy from your mouth.

itiswhatitis.weei.com/sports/newengland/football/patriots/2014/11/14/adam-schefter-on-mfb-when-choosing-a-qb-for-next-4-years-its-andrew-luck-over-tom-brady/Adam Schefter on MFB: When choosing a QB for next 4 years, it’s Andrew Luck over Tom Brady 11.14.14 at 12:58 pm ET By Jerry Spar ESPN’s Adam Schefter checked in with the Middays with MFB crew on Friday for his weekly chat about NFL news, and he discussed comparisons between Andrew Luck and Tom Brady. To hear the interview, go to the Middays with MFB audio on demand page. Asked which quarterback he would prefer for the next four years, Schefter tabbed Luck over Brady. “I think I’d take Luck because he’s entering the prime of his career, where you have to think that it’s going to get harder and harder for Tom to do what he’s done into his late 30s and 40s,” Schefter said, adding: “Look, Luck is the best young quarterback in football, period.” One criticism of Luck is his turnover issues. In nine games this season he’s thrown nine interceptions and fumbled the ball six times, losing two. Schefter downplayed that concern. “First of all, he’s still young quarterback. We lose sight of the fact that he’s in his third season,” Schefter said. “And I think it’s a case where they’re putting the ball in the air an awful lot, more this year than they have in other years. So, just by doing that you are risking yourself to turnovers, right? He’s also active in the pocket, rolling around, and could be vulnerable to strip sacks, I guess. But I’ll take Andrew Luck any day of the week, even with all the turnovers that he creates right now.” Looking at Sunday’s game, Schefter said he’s going with the Patriots. “I think we’ve learned that it’s foolish to pick against New England, particularly in big spots, particularly against younger quarterbacks,” he said. “So I’m going to pick the Patriots, which just about all but assures a Colts victory.”
During his appearance on Middays with MFB earlier in the day, Patriots defensive back Devin McCourty talked about trying to limit the Colts’ big plays Sunday. “I think that would be a game plan in just about any game,” Schefter said. “The Colts are a big-play offense. T.Y. Hilton’s made big plays all season long. Ahmad Bradshaw‘s made some big plays. Their tight ends down field have made some big plays. You want to take that away every week. “I don’t think Devin McCourty‘s saying, ‘We’re going to take away the big plays while we’re taking away the run.’ I don’t think he’s thinking like that. To me, we’re out-thinking them in that particular case. I’m sure Bill [Belichick] at some point is saying, ‘Hey, we’ve got to stop the big play. We’ve got to stop it.’ That’s not a big secret here going into Indianapolis to play the Colts. And I’m sure that’s exactly what they’re setting out to do this week. So what? Now they’ve got to go do it and actually put that plan to challenge and see if they can get it done.” Touching on the Adrian Peterson situation, Schefter said he expects the Vikings running back to return soon, now that his legal problems related to the beating of his son have been settled. Peterson is scheduled to have a hearing with the league Monday. “It would not surprise me if somehow after that hearing they determine exactly whether he’s got to pay back some money or not, time served — it would not shock me if at this time next week were talking about Adrian Peterson perhaps playing against the Green Bay Packers a week from Sunday. . . . I think before the end of the month, it would not surprise me to see Adrian Peterson, whether that’s a week from Sunday or the following Sunday.”

Lets get "big spots" correct though.
It will be a "big meaningful game" if the Patriots win.
It will be "just another regular season game" if the Patriots lose.

I'm not saying the Patriots won't win......but what he is saying has nothing to do with Sunday's game at all. If Indy @ NE is a playoff match up.....he is spot on. BB shits on young QB's in the playoffs......hell he shits on most QB's. But BB does not treat any of these regular season games any differently because of the opponent. He coaches to win in January and that's what he will do.
