So if it isnt Revis' fault, then Belichick must be a fucking retard for bringing in a guy and wasting him by using him the wrong way. well, if you could...or took the time to, read...the pats have greatly improved their deep pass defense...look at my first post, there are metrics about the improvement of the deep passing defense game. they are asking revis to play off the ball/off the receiver to prevent deep passes. its worked, but at the expense of revis' perceived performance in shorter routes. They havent greatly improved anything they allowed almost 600 yards on D last game. Truth is we thought you were on the field |

Be serious im not saying "he sucks" like some but he is not nearly the same player he once was and truth is nobody can mantain that level of play for an entire career. At this point he is a slightly above average CB No one actually said he sucks Rock needs him to be the best Everer Say it GOD DAMMIT!!! not at all see the last sentence of my first post. that is all |

Oh I know he isn't having a great season 11 completions in 19 targets isn't Derrel Revis yup you didnt read it By our unscientific count Monday against Dwayne Bowe and the Chiefs, he yielded three catches on three targets for 34 yards in an ugly 41-14 loss. (In that one, he was all over the field, working in the slot as well as split wide. In all, he was on the left side of the field for 43 snaps, and on the right for 21 snaps.)how is that the "game of bowes life" or whatever you said? ive been saying it since preseason, he needs to play on the line in man coverage. hes beign told to just not get beat deep, so hes playing off the ball, in space, and allowing underneath catches. it is the definition of common sense.
