from what I read, he still may get to go back to jail even though the sentence was commuted. Apparently New York let him out under the commutation but still had some supplements attached to it. He still had to be a good boy and obviously he has been anything but. Feds are still more than a little bit peeved about the commutation blowing up the deal he had cut to testify against some singularly nasty types. Fatman's people truly did a great job of vetting the Kushner's buddy |
