I know she's new to the bench and still learning, but some of the shit she is throwing out there is absolutely ludicrous. I think Smith has shown way too much patience with her ineptitude my Theory is she wants to get kicked off the case. if she's removed from the case, it would certainly take the heat off of her. Just not sure she's sharp enough to plan that particular out for herself and then execute it successfully without being exposed by her fumbling the ball. |
