You seem to be on snoog island here. Uh huh... "Blue Jays send Cy Young contender Sanchez to A ball" has been the headline in every article or news story covering it. Frank even posted one here just yesterday. Hes a contender, yes. So is steven wright. Neither will come close. Hes got great stuff but hes not the staff ace. Thats happ. Hes their version of porcello this year. |

Closers shouldn't get votes tho hes been reedonkulous. Closers appear in more games than starters and are probably responsible for more wins and losses But they pitch 1/4 of the innings and most closers require empty bases and a lead to be comfortable. |

Add the sox in that list. I almost did going into the season, if someone said if the sox miss then playoffs, it'll be bc of the pen, I'd have laughed. And you can't kill dombrowski for bringing Kimbrel in. You can give him shit for what he gave up, but noone complained when they got him. |
